AMA RSS Feeds

What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) provides an easy way to monitor new content on this site. RSS feeds highlight new material so you don't have to repeatedly check a site yourself for updates.

When new information appears on AMADirectlink.com, our RSS feed is updated and your RSS reader alerts you of the new content.

RSS feeds are usually identified by the following button because they are distributed in XML (Extensible Markup Language) format: Typical RSS button

How can I use AMADirectlink.com's RSS feed?
You'll need an RSS reader, which can alert you to new content as it is added.

Once you have an RSS reader installed, copy the link from one of the XML buttons at the top of this page and paste it into your chosen reader application.


My Yahoo! logoAdd the AMADirectlink.com RSS feed to My Yahoo!

After copying the link from the XML button in the box at the top of this page, click "Add Content" on your My Yahoo! page. A link will appear on the following page labeled "Add RSS by URL." Click that link and paste the RSS URL into the resulting text box and click "Add."

To move your AMADirectlink.com RSS feed to a higher position on your My Yahoo! page, click the "Change Layout" link at the top and select the AMADirectlink.com RSS feed from the "Wide Column" list. Then click the up arrow button next to the list one or more times to move your chosen RSS feed upward. Further information is available at Yahoo! on their RSS Headlines Module page.

"Live Bookmarks" let users of the Mozilla Firefox web browser load RSS feeds into their bookmarks menu.

On the AMADirectlink.com homepage, Look for the Live Bookmark icon RSS icon in the URL window of the Firefox browser. Clicking on the icon and selecting an RSS feed will bring up Firefox's Add Bookmark dialog. Select 'OK' and you will see the AMA's Live Bookmark with the rest of your bookmarks.
