Webcast: U.S. House hearing on bill that negatively impacts Colorado's OHV recreation

The U.S. House Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests and Public Lands of the Committee on Natural Resources, chaired by Representative Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.), held a hearing on March 11 to receive testimony on H.R. 4289, the Colorado Wilderness Act of 2009. H.R. 4289, introduced by Rep. Diana DeGette (D-Colo.), would designate about 850,000 acres of public land as Wilderness.
