The 77th ISDE

Day 6: Sunday, Sept. 29
The ISDE concluded today with 22 of the 41 members of Team USA finishing the grueling event. World Trophy Team member Fred Hoess was the only American Gold Medal winner in the competition, taking 22nd place in the 125 two-stroke class.

Day 5: Saturday, Sept. 28
The U.S. World Trophy Team finished the day in 15th place, while the Junior Trophy Team is ranked 12th overall. Check out complete results and photos from today's Cross Test.

Day 4: Friday, Sept. 27
Today was a very tough day for all teams. Rain throughout the week made many tests very difficult. On the second loop, Enduro Test #2 at the ski hill was shut down, and another Cross Test was shortened.

Day 3: Thursday, Sept. 26
All Team USA riders that had not been excluded previously started the day. The World Trophy Team zeroed the course today.

Day 2: Wednesday, Sept. 25
Sweden, Italy and Belgium all lost a rider. If they were to lose another, Team USA would move up several positions. With the course the way that it is and the speed averages they continue to ask us to maintain, it is very likely that may happen.

Day 1: Tuesday, Sept. 24
Freezing temperatures led to starting difficulties for many riders. To make matters worse, rumor has it that the organizer wants to eliminate many riders to keep the environmentalists happy. They seem to have accomplished just that by setting a schedule that was impossible for many to maintain.

Preview: Friday, Sept. 20
All riders in Team USA were impounded by 4:15 p.m. today, after a series of problems with event organizers.
